Iker at the public transportation

Iker has no card for the public transportation because he can still enjoy the free ride. But he likes to check-in and check-out.
So I use a 'used-card' for him and during check-in that results in a 'beep' and a red light.

So last week he looks at the controller in the tram and asks:

'Meneer, wat is het probleem met mijn kaartje?' ('Sir, what is the problem with my ticket'?)
Politely in perfect dutch.
